When School is Out, CAMP is In
/No school? No problem!
Your child is invited to join us for an exciting summer at Mary, Mother of the Light Academy! Each themed week of camp is carefully planned to allow the kids to recharge their batteries in a nurturing environment packed with giggles, games and great opportunities to explore the world around them. Summer campers will enjoy outdoor games and sports, water fun, culinary lessons, movies and more! Whether your child is interested in sports, arts, reading or learning -- we've got something for everyone!
Summer camp is 5 weeks long, starting the week of June 20 and ending after the week of July 22. The hours are 9am to 2pm. Kids ages 3 to 7 are welcome. Camp will be held at Mary, Mother of the Light Academy at 46 Willow Road, Tequesta, FL 33469. The price is $160/week with a one week minimum.

Week 1: June 20 - 24
Pirates & Mermaids
This week will be filled with adventure as we go on treasure hunts both on land and in the ocean! Special pirate and mermaid games and crafts are planned. Happy Feet starts our week out by coaching us in soccer! Tuesday, we will make a special snack in our culinary snack class. Wear your bathing suits on Wednesday as we slide down the water slide, run through our fun sprinklers and splash in the pools! On Friday, we will go bouncing in the bounce house, eat pizza for lunch (optional) and watch a fun movie! Fun games every day!
Week 2: June 27 - July 1
Let’s Go on a Safari!
Safari week is filled with animals and fun! We learn about and play with all kinds of animals. This Monday, Happy Feet will have us playing T-Ball! Tuesday, we will make a special snack in our culinary snack class. Wear your bathing suits on Wednesday as we slide down the water slide, run through our fun sprinklers and splash in the pools! For arts and crafts, we will make safari animals and then we'll watch some very special videos about the wild animals. On Friday, we'll enjoy a pizza lunch (optional) with popsicles for dessert as it’s so hot when you're on safari!
Week 3: July 5 - 8
Celebrating the States
It’s America’s birthday this week, so let’s see how each state celebrates! We will discover all kinds of ways to celebrate our country's special day, recognizing each state’s flag, bird, flower, and culture. Games and crafts will be used to help the children learn about the states. Happy Feet starts the fun with kickball, then we will make a special snack in our culinary snack class. Wednesday will be a water play day, so wear your bathing suit and bring a change of clothes! On Friday, we'll have pizza (optional) and popcorn! (No camp on Monday, July 4th this week)
Week 4: July 11 - July 15
Discovering Books!
There can be such great fun in reading a great book. It can take you to a magical fun place or a mysterious spooky land where you have never been before! We plan on doing all this as we adventure through some of our more popular books along with CDs, movies, and skits. We've also scheduled the Scholastic Buy One, Get One Free Book Fair this week so you can take advantage of stocking up on your favorite stories at a huge discount! This week, Happy Feet introduces us to Flag Football. Tuesday we will make a special snack in our culinary snack class and Wednesday will be Water Day. Friday, we'll have pizza (optional) and ice cream!
Week 5: July 18 - 22
MMOLA Olympics!
It’s time to see which team will win the GOLD! Happy Feet will be here to run our Olympics each day! We will have all kinds of fun and crazy games for the children to participate in. Having fun will be the goal of the week! We will select our countries, make our flags, research and make great tasting snacks and compete for the gold medal! Tuesday we will make a special snack in our culinary snack class and Wednesday will be Water Day. Friday is movie day, complete with pizza (optional), popsicles and our medal ceremony!
